PALJU (HOT TUB)

PALJU is an open-air play for two actors. A couple bathing in a hot tub (Oona Airola, Pyry Äikää) find themselves confronting a turning point in their relationship.

Blending drama and comedy, the performance explores the unraveling of the nuclear family ideal, the paradox of individual freedom, and the tensions between different socioeconomic realities. In the characters’ world, provincial life and metropolitan identity strive to coexist — but is such a balance even possible?
